What type of boiler do I need? 

The type of boiler you need will depend upon the type and size of your property and the number of people regularly using the property.

There is no doubt that a Combi Boiler is the best option for smaller properties or properties with low occupancy. Combi boilers are compact, space-saving and energy-efficient. We recommend 'A' rated as replacements for older boilers such as D rated and below. A Combi boiler serves both the central heating system and the hot water supply, heating water on demand as it passes through the boiler from the mains water supply. Therefore, they do not require a separate hot water storage tank.
